The windshields are designed and manufactured to highest tolerance and have vinyl pressed between two layers for added protection. All glass for trucks used in the United States needs to conform to the requirements of the current editions of ANSI standard Z26.1 and is also the industry standard for Canada and Mexico. The glass must be either laminated safety glass or tempered safety glass, depending on the application.
